Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a broad range of high-profile employment law matters, including complex discrimination claims, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, and TUPE issues.
- Provide strategic legal advice to a variety of clients, including senior executives, large corporate clients, and public sector organisations.
- Take a leading role in business development activities, nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their legal skills and careers.
- Collaborate closely with partners and other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience (ideally 5+ years PQE) in employment law within a reputable firm.
- Strong track record in handling complex employment disputes, including tribunals, litigation, and advisory work.
- Proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in managing a team, with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior talent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
