£30,000-35,000 Dependent on Experience

Bell Cornwall Recruitment has been supporting this client in the property industry for many years, and we are pleased to be sourcing for a Property Manager to join their residential team.

The Role:

• Regular site visits to identify and monitor maintenance standards
• Creating reports, raising work orders
• Enforcing the standards of maintenance contractors
• Point of contact for tenants
• Financial control of annual budgets, service charges
• Prepare and serve notices under S20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

The Ideal Property Manager will have:

• AIRPM Qualification (Highly Desirable)
• Experience with property management
• Understanding of service charge accounting (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey a sense of authority and hold difficult conversations
• Strong IT Skills including MS Office and ability to understand online work order portals#
• Full, clean drivers license for travel across Birmingham and the greater West Midlands
