Our client, a highly reputable organisation in the finance industry, is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Location: Basildon

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8am-5.30pm (some flexbility may be available)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes are updated in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Weekly wages of warehouse employees
  • Weekly wages of sub contractores
  • Monthly salary (PAYE)
  • Inputting of Purchase Ledger Invoices onto system

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally working with CIS ClientsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent knowledge of payroll systems and softwareSolid understanding of payroll regulations, including PAYE and National InsuranceStrong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlinesProficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
