About the Role: As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing, assembly, wiring, and testing, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently. You will work with minimal supervision and be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Setting up and running production equipment, including EHRT, plating lines, and power presses

Assembling components following build instructions, drawings, and BOMs

Ensuring stock levels are maintained and equipment runs efficiently

Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized

Participating in team initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Adhering to all Health & Safety policies, including the use of PPE and manual handling procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to set up and operate production equipment efficiently

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

IT literacy and the ability to read and interpret BOMs and technical drawings

Desirable (but not essential) Skills:

Lean / Six Sigma qualification or experience

Familiarity with ERP systems, Teamcenter, or CAD software
