Your Role at a Glance:

Be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering a warm and professional service
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain seamless operations and compliance standards
Support the customer service and finance teams with administrative tasks
Assist the sales team by preparing quotes and providing behind-the-scenes support
Ensure client compliance with regulations through proactive communication and guidanceWhat We're Looking For:
