Senior Marketing Manager - Innovative Security / Tech Solutions - Nr Sevenoaks / Orpington, Kent / Hybrid - £50k-£65k (DoE)

We are on the hunt for creative, passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, ideally with experience in the security or technology sectors, to join a rapid-growth innovative tech / security company who is a leader in their field of expertise.

Based near Orpington / Sevenoaks in Kent, this hybrid role would suit a Marketing Manager who is experienced in the full marketing mix, has had demonstrable success in creating, developing and executing marketing campaigns, is an excellent communicator at all levels, an entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and is looking for a hands-on role where you can play your part in ensuring continued success for this great organisation!

In a nutshell: We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic and creative Marketing Manager to drive our client’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, manage the digital presence and create engaging content to both attract and retain clients.

Key responsibilities as the Senior Marketing Manager will include:

• Driving B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
• Managing the entire marketing mix - leading paid media, PR / communications, CRM, social media and creative campaigns
• Creating effective brand and product marketing collateral
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic growth plans and deliver targeted campaigns
• Planning, setting up and attending conferences and exhibitions, representing the brand at all times
• Providing insights to understand local audiences, trends and growth opportunities
• Delivering insights to Product Development and Operations to guide products to commercial success
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign success and ROI
• Working closely with third party suppliers and consultants (including branding and design agency)
• Line managing and mentoring a Marketing Executive

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrable success in similar 360 B2B and B2C marketing roles, ideally within the security or technology sectors
• Proven track record in creating, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across all mediums
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC)
• Proficiency in using various marketing software and tools (Salesforce, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels
• Ability to PR the company both in person to prospective clients and through relevant marketing collateral
• Creative, innovative, driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• A highly organised nature with a completer / finisher mentality
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
• Ability to attend exhibitions and conferences to support the sales team
• Hands-on approach with the ability to mentor and support junior team members
