Red Recruitment is recruiting a German Speaking Reservations Sales Executive in Clifton, Bristol to join our client who provides accommodation to those looking for a mix of both a boutique hotel feel with the freedom and flexibility of serviced apartments.
This is a great opportunity for German speaking individuals who have previous customer service experience particularly in a customer-facing role. The salary for this position is £25,100 per annum and increases to £26,100 after 4 months.

- Salary: £25,100 per annum
- Salary rises to £26,100 after 4 months
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 8pm and 1 in 6 weekends, 9am - 5.30pm
- Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a German Speaking Reservations Sales Executive:
- Providing consistent outstanding and delightful guest booking experiences
- Taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and commercial KPIs
- Answering telephone, emails and chats, resolving any issues in a professional manner, these calls will be in German
- Handling reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary contact, improving policies and processes
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications within the relevant databases
Key Skills and Experience of a German Speaking Reservations Sales Executive:
- You will need to be fully fluent in German
- Ideally, you will have sales and customer service skills
- You should have good people management skills
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role ideally in hospitality is preferred
- You should be able to use your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication is required
- You should have a positive and upbeat attitude as well as have good time management and organisational skills
