Collaboration & Community Engagement: Work closely with other departments, parents, and local community members to create an inclusive environment where every student is valued and supported.Qualifications & Experience Needed:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial UK teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of the UK Physics curriculum, with experience across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Proven leadership abilities and a drive to develop both students and colleagues. Experience as a Head of Science or Second in Department is a plus.
