Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Provide essential administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

* Support the coordination of customer accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service.

* Handle incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.

* Input and update client details accurately into the system.

Requirements:

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role (entry-level candidates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply).

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in Excel and comfortable with various office technologies.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
