• Join an established yet growing industrial disease department
• Handle a caseload of industrial disease cases from inception to settlement
• Responsible for litigated claims and collecting evidence to support cases
• Draft witness statements, legal documents and court submissions
• Responsible for a fully litigated caseload as a file handler
