I have been asked to find a senior level Estimator for my client, based in SW London.
They are a groundworks and reinforced concrete structures specialist with a turnover of approximately £45 m per annum-this is an improvement on the previous year where turnover fell slightly.
I am looking for a candidate who can further facilitate and cement this growth over the coming year.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully tender groundworks RC frame packages of up to £20 m with an average project size around the £3-15 m mark. You will need to have followed a stable career path and be able to demonstrate a solid work winning ratio based on well prepared bids- obviously of key importance in this role.

Any applicants for this opportunity will need at least 5-10 years estimating experience with a reinforced concrete subcontractor- the upper end experience wise will be better due to the level of knowledge required.
My client is also happy to secure someone on a self-employed basis if this is preferable. Their focus is simply on getting the right candidate on board.
There will also be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis if this is required/preferred.
