Finance ManagerOur client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their busy artist and producer/mixer management company. In this role, you will oversee all budgets and projects, collaborating with an external accountant responsible for year-end tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage the entire finance department, with one direct report. Experience in the musicindustry and familiarity with record and publishing deals are essentialKey Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping using Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Generating and paying sales and purchase invoices
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Budgeting for tours and projects
• Generating and analysing royalty statements, and tracking payments
• Daily liaison with clients and managers
• Weekly reporting to the company director and clients' external accountants

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Maths, Finance, or Accountancy
•  Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification with relevant experience in the music industry
• Knowledge of PRS, PPL, and royalty accounting is beneficial
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
