What we're looking for: - NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
- Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence

What you'll be doing: - Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring that the service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality.
- Service Growth and Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the service, expanding its reach and improving the care provided to clients.
- Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to the care team, ensuring that staff are skilled, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Client and Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external partners, ensuring open communication and a focus on their needs.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and the financial performance of the service, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
