The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment teams and ensuring smooth processes for both clients and contractors. If you're highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Your duties and responsibilities will be 

Recruitment Team Support:

Assist our recruitment teams in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Provide proactive customer service and support to key accounts.
Upload job requirements into the CRM, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client specifications.
Help draft job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment documents.
Support the onboarding of payrolled candidates, addressing any issues or queries.
Manage contract extensions and amendments, coordinating with the Contractor Care Team for timely processing.
Ensure compliance for payrolled contractors, working closely with recruitment and contractor care teams.
Pre-onboard payrolled candidates, flagging inconsistencies or errors before final review.Contractor & Candidate Support:

Manage a portfolio of contractors, serving as their first point of contact and maintaining strong relationships.
Implement a candidate care strategy, checking in regularly and addressing any queries.
Ensure contractor extensions and amendments are accurately processed and communicated to all relevant parties.
Collaborate with the Client and Contractor Care Teams to ensure contractor compliance.Bullhorn & Administrative Tasks:

Assist with inputting new roles into the Bullhorn database, following established procedures.
Draft job descriptions, advertisements, and related documentation using internal templates.General Support:

Participate in recruitment-related projects to support continuous improvement.
Collect and report data to assist Directors and Client Owners in decision-making.You will have the following experience and skills 
Proven experience as an administrator in a recruitment or similar environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to suggest creative solutions and process improvements.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
