Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Full-Time Permanent Position

Main Duties of Role

• Receiving of products into warehouse and recording receipt
• Shipping of products to customers using courier systems
• Conducting a monthly stock take of items in the warehouse.
• Processing of Sales Orders from sales department, checking against the customer order for accuracy, including pricing.
• Purchasing of Software Licences from suppliers for customer orders
• Despatch of licences received from suppliers to customers.
• Other duties in the office as and when required.

Main Attributes of the candidate

• Familiarity of Microsoft office products
• Good basic numeracy skills
• Organised and have attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
