Nursery Manager - £38,400-£40,000 per year

Are you a passionate leader in early childhood education? We're seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of childcare professionals, and ensure a nurturing, high-quality environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the nursery team.

* Implement engaging educational programs.

* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

* Communicate effectively with parents and staff.

* Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resources.

* Foster children's social and emotional development.

Requirements:

* Leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting.

* NVQ3 in Early Childhood Education (Level 2 Maths required).

* A degree in Early Years (preferred).

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Safeguarding, First Aid, and SENCO certificates (advantageous).
