We are seeking a passionate HLTA to join a thriving primary school in Barking & Dagenham. This full-time, long-term role involves leading small group interventions, delivering pre-planned lessons, and supporting pupils' progress across Key Stages 1 and 2.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification (Level 4 or equivalent).

• At least 1 year of UK school experience as a TA or HLTA.

• Strong knowledge of Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.

• Excellent communication skills

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence.

• Provide tailored support for pupils with SEND.

• Collaborate on lesson planning and resource creation.

• Monitor and report pupil progress.
