Are you a skilled Estimator/Surveyor looking for a new opportunity? Join our Mansfield-based clients specializing in Commercial Rip Out/Fit Out works and Design, Build, and Groundwork Projects.

**Role Summary:**

- Review project documentation to create precise cost estimates.

- Breakdown costs for labour, materials, and overheads.

- Prepare bids, reports, and liaise with stakeholders.

- Provide on-site support and advice.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- Construction sector experience as an Estimator/Surveyor.

- Knowledge of JCT Contracts, Tendering, and Costing.

- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Compliance skills.

- Relevant Degree and CSCS Card required.

- Full UK Driving License for site visits.

- Proficient in Health & Safety practices.
