Process Operatives - Permanent Roles

Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £29,300 per annum
Shifts: Rotating shift pattern, Days and Nights (including every other weekend)
Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)
Start Date: Immediate

We're hiring Process Operatives to join our growing team in Melton Mowbray. If you're reliable, hands-on, and ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity. No prior experience? No problem - full training is provided to set you up for success.

What you'll be doing:

* Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production

* Handling raw materials, loading materials into hoppers, and keeping production running efficiently

* Packing and quality control, checking finished products and preparing them for shipment

* Keeping the workplace safe and organised, supporting general housekeeping and team tasks

What we're looking for:

* A hardworking and reliable team player who wants to learn and grow

* Someone comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 25kg)

* Previous factory or machine experience is great but not essential - full training is provided
