Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join one of Birmingham's leading professional services organisations.

Our client is looking for an experience, capable and confident personal assistant / executive assistant to support a team of their senior professionals.

The team work in the Real Estate / Property industry and they have both administrative and document production support - so this is an EA role in the truest sense.

Duties will include:

  • Managing multiple in-boxes and calendars
  • Liaising with clients, internal clients and 3rd parties
  • Coordinating workflows & projects
  • Organising both internal and external meetings and preparing all documentation for them
  • Dealing with billing and time recording
