Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Asset Management to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London

What the job will be doing

* Review stock condition surveys and outputs against outcomes and data integrity standards

* Repairs contract delivery and procurement

* Oversee the stock condition survey, data analysis, financial modelling and development of stock investment programme and secure data quality

* Undertake a review of our current asset management performance, policies and procedures and structure of the team and make recommendations for improvements

* Review the capabilities and challenges of the asset management team and make recommendations

What you will need

* Review the capabilities and challenges of the asset management team and make recommendations

* Significant experience of strategic asset management, programme delivery, service development and implementing and managing change.

* Knowledge of the effective use of IT software to enable and support integrated service delivery
