Location: Bromley with Hybrid Working

Overview:

We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm to recruit a skilled and proactive Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The department provides essential services in complex debt recovery and insolvency litigation.

Role Requirements:

• Experience: 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Expertise in insolvency litigation: Ability to represent clients such as trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators
• Litigation handling: Manage cases from initial advice through to Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings
• Non-contentious probate: Assist with grant applications and estate administration for creditors

Skills:

• Knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and legislation
• Keen awareness of industry trends, opportunities and challenges
• Excellent communication, client engagement and problem-solving skills
