Adore Recruitment are excited to be working with an industry leader in the design and manufactor of air conditioning systems.

Our client looking for a sales administrator are a small close knit team meaning your work can really make an impact and theres plenty of room for career progression.

You'll ideally have worked in a engineering or construction industry before and can pick up technical products quickly. Full training on the products will be provided.

You will need to have process orders before and be comfortable providing qoutes over the phone.

Below is a list of key responsibilities:

* Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders via SAGE ensuring accuracy and timely processing, to promptly to facilitate smooth sales operations.

* Quotes: Prepare quotes and sales orders within agreed deadlines

* Customer Record Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management via email and phone

* Customer Support: Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical advice as needed and resolving customer enquiries satisfactorily, conducting follow up calls as necessary

* Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, encompassing scheduling, correspondence, and document management, managing email inboxes efficiently

* Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams.

* Software Utilisation: Utilise SAGE and CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities and performance, and support sales representatives.

* Problem-solving: Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.

* Metrics and Spreadsheets: Track and analyse sales metrics using spreadsheets and other tools to measure and report sales performance

* Technical training will be offered as appropriate

Requirements:

* Maths and English GCSE pass

* Minimum 2 years working in a sales admin role

* Sales order processing experience

* Experience working with an ERP system before such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsfort dynamics to name a few

* Experience working with and creating sales reports

* Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary is up to £28,500 per year.

Company is based in Wickford and you must drive in order to get to the office.
