Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Stoke
Territory: UK Wide
Duration: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours

Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a rapidly growing global water technology company.
Responsibilities include:
- Preventative maintenance and commissioning work
- Weekly reports, timesheets and all other documentation
- After sales technical and commercial support
- Develop a good relationship with customers and maintain that by providing great quality service
- Upgrades and refurbishments
- Provide regular feedback to your line manager
- Breakdown work - troubleshooting /fault finding
Requirements:
- A qualification or equivalent in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related
- Experience and knowledge of water treatment is desired although not essential
- Must posses a full UK Driving License
- Passionate about providing high quality service to customers
- Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution
