Join a top UK construction firm specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. With an annual turnover of over £100 million, our client handles diverse commercial and residential projects valued between £5 million and £50 million.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will:

* Engage with clients pre- and post-sales.

* Collaborate on multiple projects to secure new work.

* Provide cost advice and deliver tender submissions.

* Manage estimating and commercial activities from tendering to project handover.

Requirements

* 5+ years' experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor.

* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

* Proficiency with IT and new software technologies.

* Knowledge of various contract forms.

* 3rd level qualification in a construction related field.
