Role: AdministratorLocation: NuneatonDuration: 6 months - potential to go permanentHours: 40 per week Monday to FridayRate: £11.44ph PAYE (Holiday pay paid on top)General Responsibilities:Scheduling of reactive and compliance orders Liaising directly with engineers, site contacts, subcontractors and clients via phone and emailDispatch orders to engineers via internal systemsMonitoring job timescales and advising client of progress and delays.Chasing engineers and subcontractor for information where necessaryMaintain accurate records of all reactive and compliance ordersCompletion of jobs on internal and client booking systemsScanning / Photocopying / FilingFiling via use of an online databaseEnsure job completions are within a timely mannerManage and maintain databases and filing of paperwork.

The Person:* Delivery of excellent customer service* Excellent communication skills - confident with interacting at all levels * Time Management and Organisational skills * Experience of implementing change systems, processes and procedures. * IT Literate * The ability to remain calm when under pressure. * A structured approach to working
