About the Role:
An NHS Trust in London is seeking an experienced Soft Facilities Manager to join their Estates and Facilities team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is vital for overseeing the financial, operational, and contractual management of key services, including Domestic Services, Grounds & Gardens, Waste Management, and Laundry & Linen. You will lead Patient Environment Inspections, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and achieving high scores in PLACE (Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage both in-house and outsourced facilities services and contracts

* Lead operational direction for patient environments and support services

* Monitor performance using KPIs, ensuring the highest standards in cleanliness and service delivery

* Oversee financial management to ensure services remain within budget

* Ensure compliance with Waste Management policies and NHS cleanliness standard
