Customer Service Administrator

Location : Portsmouth

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5pm
Salary: £25,875.20
The role:

•Assist customers with their enquiries.
•Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone
•Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
•Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, updating the internal data management system.
•Handle queries in a professional nature in line with companies procedures
•Enhance the customer journey and experience

The candidate:
•Experience in an office-based customer service role, ideally in a transport / logistics / shipping capacity
•Good administration skills and experience
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills
•A professional and polite can do attitude
