Specialising in refurbishments valued up to £20m, this role is perfect for someone with a strong background in high-end residential projects and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of site management for complex, high-value residential refurbishments.
Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure the delivery of projects to the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols.
Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining progress and quality standards.
