Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager who will be focusing on managing an existing base within our client's sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be based on customer spend and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Maintain open communication with teams and clients, ensuring optimal service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value accounts.

  • Understand clients' needs and business goals to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Lead negotiations and ensure contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities are explored.

  • Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.

  • Track and report on the progress of key accounts, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in key account management or business development.

  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., in Sales, Account Management) are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of parcel operations systems and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

  • Needs to have a drivers.
