MILK Education are currently working with our partnered Secondary Schools within the Salford area who are seeking to appoint a Secondary School Teacher to work on a supply basis. The role is to start ASAP.

Secondary Teacher Role & Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum standards.
- Evaluate student progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, and ensuring the safety of all students.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Secondary Teacher Non-negotiables:
- Must have PGCE/QTS/QTLS
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have enhanced DBS or willing to purchase one
