About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver innovative, interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to a variety of learning needs.

* Build a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect.

* Regularly evaluate and monitor students' progress, using assessments and feedback to ensure their continued development.

* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximize classroom effectiveness.

* Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning journey.

* Contribute to the wider school community by participating in staff meetings, planning sessions, and extracurricular initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, with expertise in either KS1 or KS2 being advantageous.

* A solid grasp of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
