Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a General Practice Surveyor/ Valuation & Lease Advisory Department to work with one of our private consultancy clients in Enfield

What the job will be doing

* Valuation and landlord and tenant advice

* Lease advisory instructions for clients

* Reports to Partner or Head of Department

* Support the development of junior colleagues within the firm

What you will need

* MRICS qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of three years post qualified experience.

* Experienced in providing loan security advice to a variety of banking clients.
