Architectural Assistant / Architect - Up to £45K dependant on experience (candidates sought with 3+ years UK experience)

Based in northern part of Leeds, our client is an Architectural Design company working on a range of projects covering residential, commercial, educational and community buildings both locally and nationally.

Due to an increase in workload and future pipeline of works, our client is seeking an Architect who has 3+ years UK experience on submitting and liaising with Building and Planning authorities.

This role is office based, with occasional site and client meetings across Yorkshire.

Applications are required to have a valid driving licence with access to a car. You will need to demonstrate UK experience within Architecture and have played an active role in applying for planning, predominantly within the Residential and Commercial sectors
