Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 per annum

Join our client's team as a Children's Safeguarding Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and families in crisis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement effective safeguarding interventions for children and families.
- Work collaboratively with professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people in your care.
- Use a relational, solution-focused approach to keep families together wherever safe and possible.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, ensuring the voice of the child is heard in decision-making processes.
- Deliver social work services in line with statutory obligations and legal frameworks to protect vulnerable children.
Essential Criteria - Are You the Right Fit?
- Qualified Social Worker: You must be a registered social worker with SWE (Social Work England) and have successfully completed your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with children, young people, and their families while providing strength-based support.
- Decision Making & Analysis: Confident in making informed decisions and conducting thorough assessments to support effective care planning.
