Location- Sheffield

Shifts- 4 on 4 off (4days/4nights)

Salary- £55,500

Holidays- 20 shift holidays

ATA are working with a multi-site business who specialise in the FMCG industry, due to their constant growth and success they're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for…

Lead a shift team to where team members are driven, dedicated and supported to develop and reach their full potential.

Plan and prioritise the shift workload, create PPM's to ensure machine output is maximised.

Write rams and ensure all contractors and colleagues work in a safe manor.

1 to 1's and disciplinaries
The Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor

MUST be level 3 qualified minimum in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
Must have Industrial experience
Great knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
Can do attitude and motivated,
