Sous Chef required to assist Head Chef to plan and prepare meals with a focus on high quality, nutritious meals based on dietary needs and requirements.

You will be required to oversee kitchen operations, organisation and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety, food safety, company and legal compliance.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
