What You'll Be Doing:
As a day-to-day supply teacher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in pupils' learning by delivering engaging lessons and supporting their educational journey. You'll work across different year groups, stepping into classrooms where cover is needed, and creating a calm, productive, and respectful learning atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or 2

Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment

Supporting the school's values and ethos in your teaching

Adapting to a range of classroom settings and learning needs

Collaborating with teaching assistants and school staff to support all learners

Providing feedback on student progress where appropriate

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Proven primary classroom experience

Confident across a range of year groups

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to teaching

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
