Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the commercial interiors sector? Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading Contractor, specialising in high-end fit-out and refurbishment, who are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee projects across London and the South East.

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end fit-out and interior projects.

* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

* Maintain strict control over budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

* Lead project meetings and progress reviews, reporting to senior leadership.

* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the commercial interiors or fit-out sector.
✔️ Strong understanding of drylining, partitions, ceilings, and joinery.
✔️ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
✔️ Exceptional communication and client management skills.
✔️ CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
