The JobA Payroll Analyst will be hired for a 12 month period. Hybrid working opportunity. A welcoming team environment where volume numbers are dealt with for PayrollDay to day responsibilities:
- Accurate payroll processing and ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
- Uploading and verifying data from various sources sitting with the error-free data management policy
- Tax compliance, accurately calculating taxes and deductions, you will ensure compliance with tax regulations, avoiding potential legal issues and penalties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Financial reporting, prepare and review general ledger entries ad other financial reports
- Compliance and controls - ensuring adherence to internal controls and payroll-related legislation will safeguard the business against compliance risks

About You - Strong knowledge of payroll and legislation. Understanding of UK statutory legislation, including maternity, paternity, adoptions, SSP, PAYE, NI and Court Orders is crucial for accurate and compliant payroll administration
- Experience of payroll systems and Excel, ability to work with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Analytical and problem solving skills
