Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with one of the leading M&E contractors within the South. They are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join their major works division on their London projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers
* Must have a good understanding of Life science projects
* Worked on projects with mechanical values of Nine Million
* SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed
* Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction
* Reporting into a Divisional Director/Contracts Manager
* Responsible for weekly progress reports
* Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
