I am currently working with a client to recruit for a Part Time Administrator, working Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. The purpose of the Administrator role is to support customers and the reservation team, ensuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal Administrator will be:

  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organising
  • Team player

The main duties of the role include:

  • Processing bookings made by the call centre
  • Produce invoices and process cancellations
  • Assist with all general office administration duties such as filing, post distribution and covering reception
  • Process web bookings
  • Amending customer bookings where necessary
  • Processing changing to customer bookings
