I am currently working with a client to recruit for a Part Time Administrator, working Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. The purpose of the Administrator role is to support customers and the reservation team, ensuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
The ideal Administrator will be:
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organising
- Team player
The main duties of the role include:
- Processing bookings made by the call centre
- Produce invoices and process cancellations
- Assist with all general office administration duties such as filing, post distribution and covering reception
- Process web bookings
- Amending customer bookings where necessary
- Processing changing to customer bookings
