We are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join one of our prestigious clients based in West London on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role is to lead the void contract and will be inspecting new voids as well as managing the work carried out by subcontractors within the social housing sector.

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Key Accountabilities will include:

Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team

Experience/Requirements:

Must have previous Reactive Repairs and Voids within Social Housing
Must hold a full UK driving license
To be successful in the role you must also be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
