Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent phone etiquette and face to face communication skills
- Organise promotional events and campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability meets customer demand
Experience
- Proven experience in engineering sector or a similar sales role is essential
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in time management, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customer bases
- Experience in administrative tasks related to sales operations is preferred
- A track record of successfully selling products or services in a competitive environmen
