About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and confident Cover Supervisors to work with secondary school students, delivering general lessons across a range of subjects. The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively is essential. Whether you're looking for daily work or something more long-term, we have a variety of opportunities available in schools across the Bradford area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students in the absence of the regular teacher
Maintain good classroom control and ensure a positive learning environment
Manage student behaviour effectively, addressing issues promptly and fairly
Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed
Work flexibly across various schools, fitting into their unique cultures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role in a secondary school setting
Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to maintain classroom discipline and follow behaviour guidelines
Confidence in covering a range of subjects and year groups
A proactive and flexible approach to work
A passion for supporting young people in their education
