My client in Wolverhampton is seeking a Clinical Homecare Pharmacist for their head office hub.The business currently looks after around 4,000 patients privately in the Wolverhampton area. The company can offer a great supportive programme and training to excel in the role.

Key Duties

• Fulfil role as the Lead Pharmacist for the homecare services in the provision of medicines via Homecare to patients in Wolverhampton
• Act as a link and provide support and advice to a specialist clinical area where high cost drugs and homecare services are used
• Optimise the processes involved from reviewing a funding application to initiation of treatment for patients, to ensure delays are avoided
• Contribute to the development of the Pharmacy Homecare service.
• Coordinate processes for the introduction of homecare services for new medicines, including the development and implementation of local policies, in liaison with the pharmacy homecare team and homecare providers

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must have GPHC registration
• Ideally have Clinical home care experience
