Salary: £140 - £220 per day

As a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting positive behaviour management strategies within the school. This temporary-to-permanent position provides candidates with the flexibility to explore the role and determine the best fit for their skills and career aspirations.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide support to students to promote positive behaviour and engagement.

* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement behaviour management plans.

* Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

* Deliver targeted interventions to support students with behavioural challenges.

* Collaborate with parents and external agencies as needed.

Requirements for this role include:

* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferable.

* Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
