Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care home settings, with proven skills in medication training and managing carers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Lead and manage a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a care home environment
- Medication training certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
