Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Main Contractor

to £70,000 + c/a + bens

* My client is a c.£20m t/o construction main contractor who specialise in projects for both public and private sector clients.

* Projects may include education (schools and universities), commercial, social housing and residential D&B, NHS and Care Homes projects.

* Projects range between £2-8m in value.

* Privately owned friendly collaborative team established for c20 years

* Financially secure with a busy pipeline of contracts

* Employee friendly, supportive of career growth, with a low staff turnover

Role Requirements

* Min 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in main contracting

* Stable career history (i.e. not changing job every year) to demonstrate commitment to employers

* New Build/ Refurb or Fit Out experienced preferred

* Be able to travel to sites in London and M25 Centric

* Proactive, driven, financially astute Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager who will be able to manage the full accounting life-cycle of a project from inception to final accounts.
