What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Officer, you’ll have a hand in every HR function, focusing on:
Employee Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement by organizing social events, overseeing recognition awards, and managing the employee survey process.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee files, manage payroll updates, produce reports, and ensure full data compliance.
- Act as the go-to HR contact for staff, assisting team leaders on HR matters like absence and performance management.
Learning & Development:
- Coordinate training schedules, support our mentoring program, and ensure all team members have growth opportunities.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Work with managers on job ads, arrange interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Handle right-to-work checks, organize induction meetings, and guide new starters through a seamless entry experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Experience in an HR Admin or generalist role, ready to step up and bring new ideas.
- Interest in HR: Professional courses or certifications in HR are a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Approach: Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid role (ideally 3 days in-office, with flexible hours and days).
